1. The swimming pool is irregularly shaped. Can your bubble insulation cover be customized to fit the shape?

Answer: Our insulation covers are manufactured with a width of up to 4 meters and support customization in various shapes, including rectangular, circular, oval, and polygonal, suitable for private pools, hotel pools, heated pools, and other different sizes and locations.

2. What colors and thicknesses are available?

Answer: We regularly offer blue, green, gold, and silver options, and also support dual-color combinations such as blue and black, and blue and gold.  Custom colors and bubble patterns are also available to meet the aesthetic needs of different scenarios. We regularly offer three thicknesses: 400 microns, 500 microns, and 600 microns, allowing you to choose the appropriate specification based on pool depth and climate conditions.

3. Should the bubble side face the water or face upwards?

Answer: The bubble side should face the water to utilize the bubble layer to lock in heat and reduce evaporation. The smooth side facing upwards reflects ultraviolet rays and enhances heat insulation.

4. What additional functions does it have besides insulation?

Answer: It can isolate dust, leaves, and other impurities, reduce algae growth, lower the load on filtration equipment and water maintenance costs, and also provides safety protection.

5. Is the installation of the insulation cover and roller system complicated?

Answer: We will provide detailed instructions, manuals, and professional videos for the installation process.  It is usually simple to operate, and you can contact us at any time if you have any questions.

6. What is the purpose of the edging and perforations on the bubble cover?

Answer: First, the edging and perforations provide an aesthetic benefit. Second, they reduce wear and tear on the cover, resulting in a longer lifespan.  Third, they allow for better connection with the roller system.

7. Is the roller system's tube adjustable in length? 8. Can the bubble cover be cut to size after purchase?

Answer: The tube is retractable; it can also be cut to the desired length.

8. Can the bubble cover be cut to size after purchase?
Answer: Our company offers bubble covers in 3/4/5/6/7m × 15m sizes. Customers can cut the bubble cover themselves to fit their pool size.

9. What is the load capacity of the 90D model winding machine?

Answer: 50-60kg for 4m width, and 40-45kg for 6m width.

10. Can the bubble cover winding machine be made longer? We would like the winding machine's tube to be retractable and adjustable, and we also want the support brackets to be longer.

Answer: We can make the winding machine up to 7 meters long, but we generally don't recommend making it too long, as a very long winding machine will sag in the middle. The height of the support brackets is generally not customizable.

11. What is the delivery time for your insulation cover products?

Answer: Under normal circumstances, in-stock orders are shipped within 2 days. The delivery time for customized orders will be determined according to the production line schedule, generally around 5-7 days.

12. What is the lifespan of your bubble insulation covers? Do they have a warranty period?

Answer: Under normal use and proper maintenance as required, the 400-micron insulation cover has a lifespan of 2-4 years and a six-month warranty.
