ASTM Test of Landy Pure Aluminum XPE Insulation Material​

Recently, the 5mm-thick Landy Pure Aluminum + XPE + Pure Aluminum composite insulation material from Guangzhou Landy Plastic Products Co., Ltd. successfully passed the SGS ASTM C518-21 authoritative test (Test No.: GZIN2504001362PL04_CN). Conducted strictly in accordance with the ASTM C518-21 standard under a precisely controlled experimental environment, the test showed that at an average temperature of 50℃ and a temperature difference of 20℃, the material has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.041 W/(m・K) and a thermal resistance of 0.122 (m²・K)/W, demonstrating excellent heat insulation capability.

With a three-layer composite structure of "Pure Aluminum + XPE + Pure Aluminum", the 5mm-thick insulation material, combined with an optimized density of approximately 53.5kg/m³, ensures outstanding thermal insulation performance while being lightweight and easy to install. It is widely applicable in building insulation, home appliance heat insulation, and transportation sound and heat insulation, providing efficient and stable insulation solutions.
