To strengthen team cohesion and alleviate work-related stress, the company organized all employees to visit the Seagull Island Green Farm Team-Building Camping Base on July 24, kicking off a six-month team-building journey where participants embraced nature and shared joyful moments together. The trip was filled with warmth and laughter, marked by genuine camaraderie.

A stroll through the green fields, encountering picturesque rural scenery

All colleagues gathered at the farm's parking lot and walked together along a 500-meter shaded path. Along the way, they encountered lush greenery and a refreshing breeze; passing by the distinctive horse-breeding farm, everyone paused to admire the scenery and take commemorative photos, immersing themselves in the rustic natural ambiance, releasing the tension accumulated from their daily desk-bound work, and relaxing their minds and bodies amidst the verdant foliage and gentle breeze.

As we arrived at the open lawn team-building area, all participants lined up neatly for a group photo, capturing the bright and joyful moments that belong to the Lanerdi family.

After taking the group photo, all participants were randomly divided into teams. Each team quickly came up with creative names, designed unique formations, and chanted their team slogans together, swiftly fostering a strong sense of belonging and creating an enthusiastic atmosphere.

After the team activity concluded, representatives from each team took turns sharing their reflections, followed by a concluding speech from the company leadership.
