To verify the protective performance of pallet covers in real-world transport, Landy conducted tensile strength and anti-topple stability tests on its F-Type Reusable Pallet Wrap.
The tensile test was conducted in accordance with GB/T 1040-92 standards, utilizing a CMT2000 rubber tensile testing machine to evaluate multiple samples of the F-Type cover’s core heavy-duty mesh fabric. With sample dimensions of 13 mm in width and 0.4 mm in thickness, tested at a speed of 50 mm/min, the results showed a maximum peak load of 388.2 N, an average maximum load of 348.1 N, and an average elongation at break of 19.19%. Under bi-directional stress, the mesh fabric exhibited zero tearing or fracturing—demonstrating superior tensile and stretch resistance capable of withstanding repeated pulls and external impacts during logistics transit.

In the anti-topple test simulating actual working conditions, a 900 kg standard cargo load was subjected to a tilt stability trial. When the pallet was tilted beyond 30°, the cover securely bound the entire payload, preventing any shifting, scattering, or tipping. This confirms that the F-Type pallet cover effectively minimizes cargo damage under complex conditions such as vehicle cornering, braking, and forklift maneuvering.
